Do I qualify?

My doc says I’m disabled does that mean do I qualify.

That is not true. The social security decision will not agree with the doctor.

What social security does when they look at doctor’s reports is look at the functional limitation they have given you. When they put limitation on what you can do they have to look strongly at what the doctor opinion is.

The doctor is trying to do a good favor for the client and puts you can’t work and is disabled but then gets rejected because they don’t put the details of the disability. Sometimes they done accept the limitations and that what the appeals process is for.
